The purpose of this book is to provide a problem/solution approach to some contemporary problems in today’s leadership. To help contemporary young leaders, potential leaders, to learn from older leadership, and also to avoid some of the mistakes of older leadership. To challenge and encourage older leadership – while they are alive to train their ‘”Joshua’s”, their “Timothy’s”, their “Elisha’s”, and their ”Titus’s”. This can be done with faith and with internal security and without feeling threatened by younger ministries. To provide principles of Biblical leadership for “First and Second Man”, as well as principles for Team Ministry in a Local Church.
